Fifty years of work, growth, and dedication to the local area deserved an event capable of telling the story of the authentic soul of F.lli Negro Srl. To celebrate this important anniversary, we designed and organized a corporate party directly at the headquarters, in the production plant adjacent to the quarry, transforming the daily workplace into a space dedicated to sharing.
From the very first meeting with the client, the objective was clear: to create an informal, welcoming, and family-like atmosphere, perfectly consistent with the company’s values. From this, the idea of a setup inspired by the world of beach parties was born, featuring sand, deckchairs, small tables, decorative lights, and relaxation areas designed to encourage conviviality.
We handled the event design, organizational secretariat, setups, lighting service, and scenography, enhancing the corporate spaces without distorting their identity. To complete the experience, a visually striking spit-roast and a rich buffet were designed to welcome all guests.
The area dedicated to fun, with a ping pong table, foosball, and musical entertainment, engaged both adults and children, while the final DJ set got guests dancing on the floor, turning the evening into a true moment of celebration.
A tailor-made event, capable of interpreting the concrete and authentic character of F.lli Negro Srl and celebrating an important milestone by focusing on the people, relationships, and team spirit that have accompanied the company’s growth for fifty years.
