Sometimes you can tell by the smell of the spaces, the way you work every day.
For the 40th anniversary of Tecnogas S.r.l. and theinauguration of their new headquarters in Albignasego (PD), we started here. Not from a written brief, but from an immersion in their reality.
As an operating partner, we supported the company in every phase of the organization: from format construction to logistics, from set-ups to entertainment, and even guest management.
In addition to directing the event, we managed organizational secretariat, invitations, reception, and shuttle services.
The evening was held in the spaces of the new headquarters, transformed for the occasion into an environment to experience and share. Outside, we set up the dinner area, with a buffet, alounge area for the welcome toast, a personalized photobooth, and a stage for institutional moments and musical entertainment.
Inside, guests found a guided tour through the offices and production area, enhanced by explanatory totems that told the identity and history of the company.
