A significant investment in the future of sustainable production and an event that involved international management, institutions, clients, and suppliers: for Verallia Italia Spa, we organized the inauguration of the new oxy-combustion furnace at the Pescia production facility in Tuscany.
Verallia Italia Spa, a leader in the design, production, and recycling of glass packaging, wanted to transform this moment into an opportunity to highlight not only the technological innovation of the new plant, but also the contribution of the people who participate every day in the growth of the company and the entire glass supply chain.
For this project, we handled the design of the spaces and setup of the area dedicated to institutional speeches within the facility, creating an immersive journey into the Verallia world. Scenography created with glass bottles and production materials guided guests toward the heart of the event, where the stage for speeches and the roundtable were located, dominated by a large central LED wall.
We also managed guest reception, logistical coordination, audio and video technical direction, photography and video services, as well as catering services for networking moments.
The morning was dedicated to speeches by company executives and institutions, followed by the traditional ribbon cutting and guided tour of the facility. Guests were thus able to experience the production process firsthand, in full compliance with safety procedures and thanks to careful organization of personal protective equipment management.
An event that united innovation and sustainability, concretely conveying Verallia’s vision for the future and its commitment to increasingly responsible production.
