That’s what an event is for, too. That’s why Reca Italia S.r.l. chose our agency once again: to shape an event to celebrate the retirement of the current CEO and accompany the passing of the baton to his successor.
The one with Reca Italia is a well-established partnership, built over time on trust and shared vision. The company is part of the European RECA group, a leader in the trade of fastening products and tools for professional use, in the craft and industrial sectors.
For the occasion, we selected an excellent location in the heart of the Veneto region: immersed in nature, easily reached by the whole team. The event had to celebrate an important passage, but also to excite, unite, and pay tribute to a figure who left a deep mark in RECA’s history.
Thanks to our careful planning and versatile spaces, we were also able to handle unforeseen events, such as bad weather, by preparing multiple plans of action.
The evening consisted of several moments: the aperitif with the presentation of awards, the placée dinner, the long-awaited speech, and the symbolic cutting of the cake. Colleagues, collaborators, partners and friends contributed a video laden with gratitude, emotionally recounting RECA’s identity and values.
Closing the celebration was a fireworks display: a farewell to a chapter that is ending, and a welcome to the one about to begin.
