FromDecember 18 to 20, 2024, we had the pleasure of organizing for Reca Italia S.r.l. the Kick Off Meeting 2024, an all-round educational experience between in-room meetings, group work and leisure time at the Galzignano Resort Terme & Golf in Galzignano Terme (PD).
The meeting began with a warm welcome at Hotel Majestic, one of the Resort’s three facilities, nestled in a 35-hectare natural park in the heart of the Euganean Hills. Besides being one of the largest thermal centers in Europe, it offers excellent services for MICE clientele as well.
Following this, an elegant light dinner at the hotel’s Gin Bar kicked off three days of stimulating activities.
The second day indeed started with an intense work session followed by a convivial moment during lunch.
In the afternoon, a workshop led by our psychologist, followed by a Cooking Class with the Master Pizza Chef, saw guests try their hand at pizza-making, putting into practice the principles of sharing and collaboration learned during the day.
The Kick Off Meeting concluded with a final work session, marking the end of an event rich in opportunities for team growth and strengthening.
