Everymajor project takes shape one step at a time, as does a successful event.
For the Municipality of Trissino, we organized the inauguration of the new Children’s Pole, an important moment for the community.
We took care of every phase: from coordinating the suppliers to the technical direction, from the set-ups to the entertainment for the families. Our service managed the stage and big screen, where a timelapse video made by our graphics team was projected, telling the story of the building’s construction, frame by frame.
During the open day, more than 800 people visited the new facility, welcomed by authorities such as Mayor Davide Faccio, President of the Veneto Region Luca Zaia, the Bishop of Vicenza and other representatives of the area.
An institutional event, but also a big party: balloons, inflatable games, food trucks and children’s smiles celebrated this new beginning.
For us, the greatest satisfaction was seeing every element fall into place, building each event with the same care as laying each brick.
