Geistlich Day: un evento per celebrare i 175 anni di Geistlich Biomaterials.
Over 175 years of history to celebrate and an entire day dedicated to innovation in the tissue regeneration sector. For Geistlich Day, we handled the organization and coordination of the event, transforming the spaces of Bologna Congress Center Ex-GAM into a venue for training and networking for professionals and specialists from across Italy.
We managed the complete setup of the congress hall, technical direction and audiovisual services, with a high-definition maxi screen designed to enhance clinical content and highly detailed images. During the morning scientific session, participants followed the speakers’ presentations thanks to a simultaneous translation system with dedicated headphones, ensuring an engaging experience even with international speakers.
The day was also enriched by moments of conviviality, from the welcome coffee to lunch.
In the afternoon, guests moved to the upper floor to explore the different areas of the Geistlich One world through interactive themed islands, participating in specialist meetings and discussion sessions with experts. For these areas, we also handled the graphic design, setup, and logistical coordination for the transport and installation of materials.
The celebratory moment dedicated to the company’s 175 years of history was not missed, with the CEO’s speech, the official toast and celebratory cake.
A highly specialized event that required careful technical and organizational planning to deliver an experience perfectly aligned with the values and identity of Geistlich Biomaterials.
This collaboration represented another chapter in our shared journey with Geistlich Biomaterials: the previous year, we had already handled the design and creation of their exhibition stand for a major industry event in Florence.
