The partnership between our agency and Banca delle Terre Venete – Gruppo BCC Iccrea has been consolidated and strengthened over the years.
On Saturday, May 4, 2024, we coordinated the Extraordinary Meeting and Member’s Party, the latter of which was also dedicated to the families and employees of this entity that is so important and rooted in our territory.
A project we developed synergistically over several months, adapting and managing it in many aspects.
The day began with the annual meeting, held in the Palladio Theater and adjoining rooms of the Vicenza Convention Centre: more than 1,789 members present, in person and by proxy, attended the presentation of results and approved the 2023 Budget.
Afterwards, the event then moved to Hall 7, where our staff welcomed more than 2,700 people for the social lunch. Several areas were set up and structured in the hall, customized for the occasion, including one dedicated to children and a photo booth, which made the atmosphere even more convivial.
A joyous luncheon for families, youth and all members culminated with a live show: a real concert with lights, ledwalls and a stage structured to accommodate theorchestra and the entire dance troupe.
