40 years of activity for Compositex Srl, a Vicenza-based company specializing in the development of carbon fiber components and part of the HRC Group.
The project was entrusted to us directly by the European team of the HRC Group, with the objective of organizing a celebratory evening capable of telling the company’s story and highlighting this important milestone.
At the chosen location, a Vicenza villa, we managed the welcome of guests, including bilingual hostesses dedicated to international participants, the organization of the aperitif in the outdoor spaces, dinner in the portico, and the evening with cocktail bar and DJ set by the pool.
We also handled the design and creation of all the branded elements dedicated to Compositex’s 40 years: from the photobooth to the customized cubes, to the coordinated decorations featuring red, a distinctive element of the corporate identity. We also managed the photographic and video production of the event and the technical service for the projection of the celebratory video created by our agency.
Making the evening even more special were the speeches by management, followed by the cutting of a Red Velvet cake customized with the celebratory logo.
The event successfully celebrated the history of Compositex Srl, highlighting its international identity while maintaining the strong connection with the Vicenza region.
